CWAT Network Meeting

CWAT meets monthly in a town hall type setting. The format of the meeting is that employers introduce themselves first and share their hiring needs. Job seekers then follow, sharing a brief elevator speech in hopes of making a connection with an attendee. Finally, any new entities (non-profits, etc.) attending for the first time introduce themselves and their mission. An hour of networking follows to allow for discussion between all attendees; this is where the magic happens and connections are made! Following the meeting, notes are shared with an extensive e-mail list that includes all employers, job seekers and organizations that have attended, past and present, and will include all current open positions shared at the meeting. Additionally, employers are encouraged to send their hiring needs to an email administrator who then disseminates the information to the CWAT community.
