CWAT developed five (5) years ago out of a need to assist individuals with developmental disabilities and those working with them to brainstorm and problem solve additional ways to open doors in the employment community. Three (3) years later, the concept developed that everyone was welcome at the table and so began the sharing of employment contacts and encouraging attendees to expand their influence and outreach. Networking clearly works!
